After entering your information and completing payment, the system will send an SMS to the recipient's phone number containing a 10-digit confirmation code and a link.  Take the confirmation code to any Highlands Coffee store nationwide (excluding Highlands Coffee stores in the following systems: Foodcourt Menas Mall, Giga Mall, Lotte Mart, Sense City, Aeon Mall, and Da Nang International Airport), where the staff will assist you in activating the physical card and guide you on how to use it

The confirmation code will be sent to you via SMS within 2-5 minutes after you have completed the registration of the Highlands Coffee card and successfully topped up the card. Please note that with one confirmation code, you can only activate the card once and receive one unique Highlands Coffee Card within the Activation Period. Please kindly note that we will not be held responsible if you enter incorrect information of the recipient when registering for the Highlands Coffee Card

The SMS message will be automatically sent to the recipient's phone number within 1-3 minutes after a successful payment. The activation period refers to the period in which you can use the confirmation code to get a physical Highlands Coffee Card at a Highlands Coffee store. After receiving the confirmation code and going to the store to activate the Highlands Coffee Card, the amount you have paid will be preloaded. The total amount on the card will include the loaded value and promotions.
